Mission Statement / Goals

PURPOSE:

To promote fellowship, safety and economy through the sharing of members positive experiences with craftsmen (one skilled in a manual occupation or trade).

GOALS:

Awareness

Expand awareness of tradesmen's quality, service and cost through the sharing of member's experiences.

Communication

Expedite timely two way communication throughout the organization via the use of the internet.

Involvement

Routinely evaluate member activity and involvement to promote member satisfaction.

Content

Organize the database so that by date tradesman testimonials or complaints are listed along with experience category, craftsman's or craftsman's business name, telephone number, and address. This information would also include the name of the member having the experience as well as their telephone number.

Timeliness

Accepted inputs to the database will be made within 48 hours of receipt.
